Registration for Successful Applicants

Successful Applicants, who have completed an interview, will be notified by telephone. Families will be sent a link to complete registration documents. As class size is limited and applicants generally outnumber available spaces, we ask that you submit registration documents no later than one week after receiving an offer. Regretfully, we cannot guarantee your family’s space(s) beyond this one-week period.

Registration For New Families

If your family is new to ICS and you have been offered a place for your child(ren), please log in to the account you used to submit your application form and complete the NEW FAMILY Registration Form. If you attend Immaculate Conception Parish or are active members of another Catholic Parish, please see Pastor Authorization Forms, below.

Section A:  Pre-Authorized Debit 
For all students in your family, be sure to check the ‘Yes’ box to indicate that the student has siblings registering for ICS. For all students other than your eldest child, under point number 3, Tuition, check the box ‘Same as Siblings’. The remainder of the Tuition section only needs to be completed for your eldest child. For all other children in your family, skip to Section B: Family Statement of Commitment.

Re-Registration for Returning Families

If your child(ren) currently attend(s) ICS and you are registering for the next school year, please log in to your student registration account using the link below. The re-registration deadline is February 18, 2025.

Once you have logged in using your username (email address) and password, you can begin re-registration. First select your eldest student and then select the ICS Re-Registration Form for Returning Families. When you have completed the form for your eldest child and submitted it (see below), you will need to select each subsequent child individually and repeat the same process. The name of the school and address will be at the top right of the form. Please be sure to select the Re-registration Form, not the Registration Form. Musqueam families, please select the Re-registration form for Musqueam Families.

Please note that all fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed. Check all contact information and make any necessary changes. If any contact fields are blank, such as a work phone number for example, please fill in that field if applicable.

When the form is complete, select the SUBMIT button (top right corner). The form will not be able to be submitted unless all required fields have been completed and supporting documents uploaded.

Once the Submit button has been selected, you will be asked if you would like to download a .pdf copy of the form. We recommend you do this and save it for your records.

If you are registering (a) younger sibling(s), who has/have been admitted to ICS for the first time, please re-register your older children first and then use the Registration form for Returning Families to register your younger child. Use the ‘student name’ dropdown menu on the left hand side in the parent portal to select ‘New’ for the Kindergarten/new student. Please note that a re-registration/registration form must be completed for each child in the family. If ‘New’ is not one of the name options in the family dropdown menu of students, please contact the school office. Musqueam families who are registering a younger sibling entering Kindergarten, please use the Registration Form for New Musqueam Families.

Pastor Authorization Forms for Catholic Families Accepted to ICS

If your family is Catholic, and you would like to request Category 1 or Category 2 tuition rates, please download, print, and have your pastor complete the appropriate Pastor Authorization Form from the links below and email it to the school office at the time of Registration. It can take several days for a pastor to complete the form, so please contact your pastor as soon as you receive an offer of admission from ICS.

Category 1 Application — Pastor Authorization Form for Immaculate Conception Parishioners 

Your family may be eligible for the Contributing Immaculate Conception Parish Parishioner rate (Category 1) if have regularly attended Mass at this Parish for at least one year, and you support the parish through regular donation envelopes in the collection plate.  Parishioner status is reviewed annually in January. Please Complete the Category 1 Authorization Form for ICParish.

Category 1 Application — St. John the Apostle, Saint Mark’s and Sts. Peter and Paul Parish 

Your family may be eligible for the Contributing St. John the Apostle, Saint Mark’s and Sts. Peter and Paul Parish (Category 1), if you have regularly attended Mass at one of these Parishes for at least one year, and you support the parish through regular donation envelopes in the collection plate, as determined by your Pastor. Parishioner status is reviewed annually in January.  Please complete the Category Pastor Authorization Form for Other Parishes.

Category 2 Application — Pastor Authorization Form for Other Parishes

Successful applicant families may be eligible for the Contributing Catholic Families in Other Parishes rate (Category 2) if this is authorized by your Pastor, as this authorization provides a small subsidy to Immaculate Conception School. Please complete the Category 2 Pastor Authorization Form for Other Parishes.
